Kim has over 15 years’ experience in administration, finance and contracting. Prior to this she held various roles within the tourism and hospitality sector. Kim has held a strong focus on customer service throughout her career. Kim’s approach to LDC clients is to build a strong collaborative relationship in order to align client needs with the LDC’s labour services. Kim has a strong ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads based on contract and client needs.
