The Board decided the best use of this property would be to build a training centre that would not only benefit Larrakia but the wider Darwin community.
The Larrakia Development Corporation in partnership with Kormilda College and Advance Training International Inc (ATI) proposed the Larrakia Trade Training Centre would be developed and built on the East Arm property owned by the Larrakia Development Corporation.
Ichthys project developers at Blaydin Point, INPEX and joint venture partner Total, invested back into the community by funding the initial construction costs of the Larrakia Trade Training Centre. INPEX and Total have made an important contribution to the social and economic future of Darwin.
