Larrakia Development Corporation has had another successful year in finding employment for Larrakia and other Aboriginal and Darwin people that have come to us seeking employment.
We successfully placed over 90% of positions in the area specified at the time of interview.
With Memorandum of Understandings (MoU's) with Inpex, ConocoPhillips, Macmahons, BMD, Lyons Development Corporation – (CIC and Defence Housing Australia), Northern Land Council, Sitzler's, Ausurve as well as with Kormilda College and Advanced Training International these companies represent only some of the strong employer network base with many other companies within the greater Darwin region has made it easier in locating skilled and unskilled employees for them.
Throughout the year Larrakia Development Corporation received inquiries from a number of companies seeking employees for various positions but there were no clients left on our database.
